Perforce Defect Tracking Integration Project
This is the procedure for requesting support for the P4DTI from TeamShare support, as requested by TeamShare [Shaw 2001-10-19].
The readership of this document is TeamShare support staff and Ravenbrook staff.

When Ravenbrook P4DTI support staff need help from TeamShare to solve a problem with TeamTrack, they will choose the appropriate point of contact [Shaw 2001-10-22]:
Questions concerning P4DTI development or the internals of the TeamShare API should go directly to TeamShare engineering staff as usal.
Questions concerning installation, licencing, security, workflows and so on should be submitted as incidents at <https://www1.teamshare.com/ttexternal/tmtrack.dll?> using the procedure and userids described in [Nelson 2001-10-22].
If we're unsure, we should submit an incident and TeamShare support will ensure that it reaches the right person.
