Title	Bugzilla 2.14 security patch releases not supported.

Description	Bugzilla 2.14.2, 2.14.3, and 2.14.4 have been released as security patch releases to Bugzilla. None of them are currently supported by the P4DTI. We should at least support the most recent patch release (currently 2.14.4).
Analysis	These are fairly straight-forward to support; they need importing, integrating into the code tree, patching, testing, documenting (in the Bugzilla schema documentation). In fact we should only support the most recent (2.14.4).
