Title | AG uses wrong words when talking about Perforce licences and support |
Status | closed |
Priority | optional |
Assigned user | Richard Brooksby |
Organization | Ravenbrook |
Description | AG section 3.2.1 says: "A daemon license is a license for an automatic process, rather than a person. Perforce provides daemon licenses free of charge; contact Perforce technical support to get one." To be consistent with Perforce terminology, the phrase 'daemon license' should be replaced with 'background user license'. 'Contact Perforce technical support' should be replaced with 'Contact Perforce Customer Service.' |
