1. In my test TeamTrack server the valid states are

     New
     One
     Two
     Three
     Tést \;:%"'/

I have a job in the last state.  In P4Win the state displays 
correctly (in its translated form Tést_\\\::%\''\|) in the "Perforce 
Jobs" pane, and when I "Describe Job".

But when I "Edit Job" the drop-down for the States field is:

     :%\''\|:_new
     one
     two
     three
     Tést_\\\::%\''\|

The first state is illegal.  The state "new" doesn't appear in this 
list.  The job's state is apparently the first state in the list.

This doesn't happen when the state is, say, New in TeamTrack.  In 
that case the drop-down appears correct in P4Win.

This looks to me like a bug in P4Win.
