1. Examples in the AG and UG use "company.com" as the example domain. 
This is a bad example, since company.com is a real domain.

2. We don't document the way that the replicator configuration builds 
tooltips for P4Win.  TeamTrack's database doesn't include suitable 
descriptions for its fields by default.  We should tell people how to 
do it.

3. The IG and MG refer to version 0.3.

4. References in the Administrator's Guide like [Bugzilla 1999-02-25] 
where no link to the document is possible should be links to the 
entry in the references list (but in fact it should be possible to 
make a link to this; it's 
/project/p4dti/master/code/bugzilla/README).  Why does the reference 
to the Integrator's Guide say "(version 0.4)" but the reference to 
the User's Guide doesn't?  Why no links to these two documents?  Why 
no reference to the Manager's Guide?

5. AG contents heading is missing 'name' attribute.
