1. INTRODUCTION

Richard Brooksby (Senior Consultant, Ravenbrook Limited) met Hung Nguyen
(President & CEO), William Coleman (Director, Engineering & Testing
Solutions), and Jesse Watkins-Gibbs (Software Developer) of LogiGear
Corporation to discuss the integration of LogiGear's TrackGear defect
tracking system with Perforce Software's fast SCM system using the P4DTI
project.

The intended readership of this document is anyone interested in the
project.

2. MEETING SUMMARY

Richard Brooksby explained the architectural and general design
decisions that had been made at meetings with Perforce and TeamShare
(the replication architecture, the tracker-client architecture using a
web browser plyg-in, etc.).

LogiGear will integrate TrackGear with Perforce using the P4DTI project
materials, starting in 2000-10, after the alpha release of the P4DTI
integration with TeamShare's tTrack defect tracking system. TrackGear is
very similar to tTrack in architecture.

Ravenbrook will answer questions, review plans, and take into account
LogiGear's requirements in developing the integration kit.
